Catchpole Court bursting with blooms thanks to Tesco Sudbury

Staff and residents at Catchpole Court Care Home in Sudbury are looking forward to some fabulous floral displays after Tesco Sudbury arranged for them to receive a weekly delivery of flowers.

The kind gesture will enable residents to take part in flower arranging workshops and will brighten the home with beautiful blooms as Christmas approaches.

Bakery Store Manager Kevin Davis and Fruit & Veg Customer Assistant Lorraine Stone joined the Mayor of Sudbury, Councillor Sue Ayres, plus residents and staff at Catchpole Court to thank Tesco for their kind donation.

Home Manager Denise O’Brien said:

“We’re very grateful to Tesco Sudbury for this generous offer.

“Our residents already enjoy a full programme of activities and entertainment and we know they will get a lot of pleasure from learning flower arranging and seeing and smelling the blooms all around the home – as will our staff and visitors!

“Sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference and put a smile on your face and this act of kindness from Tesco is very much appreciated.”
