Creative activities look good enough to eat

Ex teacher, 82 year old Mary Bruce always loves getting involved in our activities and last week was no different when we put our creative skills to the test using modelling dough.

Six residents joined in with the session and put forward lots of ideas of things we could make including a full English breakfast which looked good enough to eat and we couldn't forget our resident cat, Mimm!

Diane Roach, Home Manager, said, "We are fully committed to doing all we can to make our residents feel at home at Woodview Care Home and continually help them build strong friendships.

"Activities like this are always very enjoyable for our residents and staff as we all really enjoy taking part and spending quality time together.

"I's really heart-warming seeing everyone having fun and using their imagination and skills and I look forward to our next activity!"

Are you looking for a care home in Lincolnshire?? Woodview Care Home consists of two units. Greenwood Court deals mainly with residents who have physical disabilities; Woodview is more of a general nursing unit.
