Magnificent scarecrows have been popping up all over Elie this weekend and taking pride of place is a smartly dressed scarecrow from Mrs Brown's Boys created by residents and colleagues at Earlsferry House Care Home.
The annual Scarecrow Festival which is now in its 7th year, attracts visitors from far and wide who can follow the scarecrow trail and look at the amazing creations!
The community comes together for this enjoyable event every year and are asked to vote for their favourite scarecrow from almost 40 entries. Last year, Earlsferry House Care Home came second place so they are hoping for a win this year!
The scarecrows will be on display until Bank Holiday Monday so why not go along and see if you can find our entry and we'd of course love your vote!
Unfortunately the team didn't win this year but they came second place again which we feel is a pretty good result!
Around the clock, our qualified nurses and care assistants at Earlsferry House Care Home provide excellent nursing and social care with patience, kindness and understanding. We serve physically frail older people, and those with dementia.
