The Trusted Service Award 2023 is given for excellence in customer service throughout 2022 and reflects a business's dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from verified reviews by real customers. The accreditation is unique, as it is based purely on interactions with customers and is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.
Four Seasons Health Care has been recognised for the care and attention given to those looking to move into a care home, starting from the initial point of contact. The feedback received shows how people feel supported and welcomed during the enquiry process which includes personalised show rounds, lots of helpful information and commitment to providing truly individualised care.

Feefo has presented Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2022 and December 31st 2022, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.
