Ahoy there! It's a great day to be a pirate at Windsor House Care Home!
To celebrate International Talk Like a Pirate Day we had a fun day of pirate themed activities. We played hook hoopla, which was a lot of fun and our residents did a great job at throwing hoops onto the hooks.
Just like pirates, our residents set sail on an exciting adventure to find treasure and everyone successfully found the chocolate gold coins! After all our fun activities, our residents enjoyed relaxing whilst watching Pirates of the Caribbean and Hook.
The day brought a lot of laughter and joy to everyone at Windsor House.
