Our Magic Moments Together activities programme is jam-packed with things to do and learn, places to visit, live entertainment and exercise and relaxation sessions; it’s all about the joy of having fun together.
Whether we’re celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a cuppa and a chat, we welcome family, friends and members of our community to come along and join us.

The Sycamore and Poplars
Layla the French Bulldog came to visit to give our residents some pet therapy. She brought so much joy and laughter to us all and we can’t wait to welcome her back soon.

Hesslewood House Care Home
We raised over £400 for Children In Need thanks to our Magic Moments Co-Ordinator Racheal who did a sponsored 8 hour walk back and forth across the Humber Bridge! We also had ‘Splash the Manager’ and our managers were all great sports.

Triangle Care Home
Our trip to Wheatley Village Fair was wonderful and made us all feel very festive! There was lots to do including a visit to see Santa.

St Catherines Care Home
We had a live performance from singer Sean as part of our Children In Need day where we raised money for the incredible charity.

Aspen Lodge Care Home
Everyone wore Pudsey outfits or pyjamas in honour of Children In Need and we played lots of fun games.

Windsor House Care Home
We did some arts and crafts for Children In Need Day as well as baking Pudsey-themed cakes.

Westroyd House Care Home
Our residents enjoyed some Children In Need themed colouring whilst having a chat and a cuppa.

Brockwell Court Care Home
Christmas arrived at Brockwell with a pantomime from a theatre group! They performed ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ and everyone loved the singalong at the end.

Riverside Court Care Home
Local schoolchildren came to entertain residents with some beautiful singing performances!
