Swan House Care Home put on their first pantomime this Christmas - with residents, relatives and staff all taking part in the performance!
The script for 'Swanny White and Seven Resident Dwarfs' was written by an activity volunteer, who also organised the whole event.
Residents played a full part in the cast, with seven playing the dwarfs and one resident taking centre stage as Rudolph, with staff members and relatives taking the remaining parts.
There was fantastic support from family and friends - with standing room only on the day - and the panto ended with song sheets distributed around the audience, who joined in singing carols and Christmas songs.
It was Swan House's first performance of this nature and proved very successful, and another highly anticipated show is now in the planning for Easter.
