Peter Gidney Neurological Centre

Welcome to the Peter Gidney Neurological Centre

This purpose built centre is designed to care for adults, who are medically stable, with a range of neurological conditions including, but not limited to: Acquired Brain Injury, Huntington’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Spinal Injury and patients requiring Tracheostomy Care, Enteral Feeding and Supra-pubic catheters.

Here our care team offers Neurological Care and Rehabilitation, where we support our residents with complex physical disabilities or health needs caused by a range of neurological conditions. It is our aim to ensure that people receive the best possible support to access our service at the most suitable time, and feel appropriately supported in their journey towards more independence.

Set in extensive grounds with patio areas, and ample parking for visitors, Peter Gidney is located in the village of Darenth in North Kent.

The Centre is also part of Beechcare Care Home, which offers residential care for people who need a little help with daily tasks, and nursing care for those with more complex medical needs and for people with dementia.
