Safeguarding Our Residents

As a company we consider the safety of our residents a priority and we maintain a zero tolerance of abuse in any form.

All Four Seasons Health Care employees complete annual Safeguarding Adults at Risk training. Our teams are aware of our Whistleblowing Policy and have access to an independent confidential whistleblowing line 24 hours a day. Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents.  These roles are displayed in each home.

If you do have a concern you can immediately raise this with the home using our complaints process.

Alternatively, contact the Department of Health, Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) via the Health and Social Care Board website for further advice and regional guidance http://www.hscboard.hscni.net/NIASP/
