Our Care team offers residential care for residents who need help in their daily life, and nursing care for people who have complex medical needs. We also provide 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions, as well as respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.
At Pond Park Care Home, residents are considered part of the family. We love to actively encourage them to take part in all decisions - contributing to everything from the way their room looks, to the therapies they receive.

Safeguarding Our Residents
As a company we consider the safety of our residents a priority and we maintain a zero tolerance of abuse in any form.
All Four Seasons Health Care employees complete annual Safeguarding Adults at Risk training. Our teams are aware of our Whistleblowing Policy and have access to an independent confidential whistleblowing line 24 hours a day. Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents. These roles are displayed in each home.
