Book your Respite Care in advance
Unlike many other care homes, we offer pre-bookable respite care leaving you free to plan your holidays and short-breaks in advance.
No more last minute worries of who will look after your loved one whilst you’re away, and you can enjoy your break safe in the knowledge that they are receiving the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.
A short stay with us can be worthwhile for many reasons:
- You need to take a holiday, a weekend or a few days to recharge your batteries
- You’re feeling unwell yourself and need time to recuperate
- A relative or patient is recovering from an illness/operation and needs extra support
- Together, you think long term care may be an option but would like a trial stay

So how much does Respite Care cost?
Naturally, the cost will depend on the type of care and the length of stay.
The Care Home Manager will be delighted to talk to you about this when you arrange a visit and check availability at the home of your choice.
The fee will include 24-hour care, plus all meals, activities, hotel and laundry services. Payment is usually required in advance or at the start of your stay and in some instances your Local Authority may be able to contribute towards the cost.
