A family member recently commented on carehome.co.uk: “I couldn’t be happier than I am with the care that my mother receives. I am pleased with the staff engagement with my mum and myself and can see that my mother’s needs are being met in many different ways. I appreciate being kept up to date with my mother’s progress in regard to health, diet and any other relevant information regarding her and the facility. I am also very pleased with the standard of hygiene throughout the home and also my mum’s own personal care. Overall the standards set by the home are in my opinion to a high and satisfactory standard.”
