Why our clinical teams love their jobs

We are proud of the high standard and professionalism of our clinical teams in our homes.

Using all their clinical skills, they are able to provide our residents with the nursing care they need to make their lives in our homes comfortable, safe and caring.

Many of our clinical teams have extensive nursing experience and join us with established specialisms that they are able to apply to their new role with us. Some have qualified as nurses under our guidance and support. Whatever their backgrounds and skills they all have found their calling, nursing older people and building relationships with those they care for and work with.

Clinical roles in our homes are autonomous and responsible but at Four Seasons Health Care Group, we ensure that our nurses are kept updated on latest practices, supported on their revalidation and encouraged to grow their leadership skills and pursue any specialisms they feel will help them in their development and application to their role.

To help our nursing teams feel constantly supported we  have designed and implemented our own CHAP (Care Home Assistant Practitioner) Programme to upskill those of our Care Assistants who are interested in developing their clinical skills and supporting our nurses in the care of our residents. Helping our entire clinical teams feel fulfilled and happy in their work.
