Woodgrove Care Home in Lisburn
Woodgrove Care Home in Lisburn
A Warm Welcome to Woodgrove Care Home, Lisburn
You’ll find Woodgrove Care Home is a purpose-built care home in a quiet suburb of Lisburn. We are close to local shops, public transport and the M1, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our Care team offers nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and palliative care where we support residents with a life-limiting illness to relieve their symptoms and make them as comfortable as possible.
Some residents have only modest care requirements and may simply enjoy living within a secure environment; many others require 24-hour nursing assistance. We always involve residents, and their families, in decisions regarding their care.
We are working hard to safely provide a range of visiting opportunities for family members and are following the Government’s pathway which sets out the various steps to gradually easing the restrictions on visiting. More information is available here.

Safeguarding Our Residents
As a company we consider the safety of our residents a priority and we maintain a zero tolerance of abuse in any form.
All Four Seasons Health Care employees complete annual Safeguarding Adults at Risk training. Our teams are aware of our Whistleblowing Policy and have access to an independent confidential whistleblowing line 24 hours a day. Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents. These roles are displayed in each home.
If you do have a concern you can immediately raise this with the home using our complaints process.
Alternatively, contact the Department of Health, Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) via the Health and Social Care Board website for further advice and regional guidance and for policy and protection information.
