"After several months in hospital, my step mother had given up the will to live. She would not eat, drink or get out of bed. She had to be discharged from hospital and went to Yatton Hall Care Home. When she first arrived, I thought she would live for a few weeks at most. When I phoned today to see how she was, the Nurse told me she had eaten a good breakfast and was dressed and in the communal lounge playing games with the other residents. This is all due to the total care, dedication and patience of the nursing staff, and however busy they are (and believe me they always are extremely busy), they take the time to bring me up to date with her progress. The Management staff when I first went to view Yatton Hall, were so helpful and friendly and assured me that my step mother would be well looked after. I travel abroad a lot with my business and I have no worries at all that my step mother is being cared for. I visited several homes before going to see Yatton Hall and not one of them comes up to the standard of care and dedication that Yatton Hall offers. Also, high up on my priority list was smell. Yatton Hall has a very pleasant smell no matter what time of day or night you arrive. That cannot be said of the other homes I visited. I would definitely recommend Yatton Hall to anyone about to place a loved one in a Home. 100% perfect."
