The Lawns Care Home is situated near the famous Darlington railway station, in fact the clock tower is visible form one side of the north and east corridors. The Lawns is a purpose built home which provides bright and spacious accommodation with landscaped and enclosed gardens complete with sensory areas, seating and patios. All rooms are en-suite and equipped with a nurse call system and smoke detectors. All residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms to make them feel more homely. The home also has a sensory room and a parlour for residents to enjoy.
