Our care homes have teams of skilled and experienced staff dedicated to providing the very highest standards of care. At Four Seasons Health Care we focus on training and developing our people so that they wish to stay with us. This continuity of staff ensures that our teams are knowledgeable, skilled and familiar with the home and, more importantly, our residents. Our teams receive continuous support from their line manager and have access to a wealth of training and development opportunities. As part of our latest investment in training we have launched an e-learning system which allows our teams to develop at a time and pace that suits their individual learning needs.
