New Horizons is a scheme that has been developed between Four Seasons Health Care in Northern Ireland and the Royal College of Nursing. The programme started in 2009 and has been employing graduate and return to practise nurses.

Recognising the significant benefit that new graduates and experienced nurses entering the NMC register can bring to the organisation, Four Seasons Health Care in conjunction with the Royal College of Nursing developed a bespoke Preceptor ship Programme which has been very successful and resulted in 138 nurses gaining permanent employment with the company across various sites in Northern Ireland.

I love working with the people here and enjoy my role as a senior carer. I feel I can make a difference.
