You’ll find Dungannon Care Home is situated in the heart of Northern Ireland. We are close to local shops and in easy reach of public transport and the M1, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Dungannon provides 24-hour specialist care and support for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.
We have recently received long service awards, showing the long-term dedication of care to our residents.
We run a busy activities programme so our residents are never without something to do, including outings, visits from entertainers, and holidays to Bundoran. We also receive regular visits from local schools and church groups, who spend time talking and interacting with our residents.

Safeguarding Our Residents
As a company we consider the safety of our residents a priority and we maintain a zero tolerance of abuse in any form.
All Four Seasons Health Care employees complete annual Safeguarding Adults at Risk training. Our teams are aware of our Whistleblowing Policy and have access to an independent confidential whistleblowing line 24 hours a day. Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents. These roles are displayed in each home.
