A Warm Welcome to Mount Lens Care Home in Belfast
You’ll find Mount Lens Care Home set in its own grounds, in a pleasant residential area of east Belfast. We are close by to local shops and public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
One of the leading care homes in Belfast, our care team offers high quality care around the clock, including 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions.
Our dementia care is accredited as part of Four Seasons Health Care's Dementia Care Framework.
Our dedicated team actively encourage residents to take part in all decisions - contributing to everything from the way their rooms look to the therapies they receive. Additionally, the home is a short walk from the local park, which makes for a great day out for residents and their loved ones to spend quality time together.

As a company we consider the safety of our residents a priority and we maintain a zero tolerance of abuse in any form.
All Four Seasons Health Care employees complete annual Safeguarding Adults at Risk training. Our teams are aware of our Whistleblowing Policy and have access to an independent confidential whistleblowing line 24 hours a day. Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents. These roles are displayed in each home.
If you do have a concern you can immediately raise this with the home using our complaints process.
Alternatively, contact the Department of Health, Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) via the Health and Social Care Board website for further advice and regional guidance and for policy and protection information.
If you are looking for care, we meet hundreds of individuals, family members and friends in a similar position and would be happy to show you the home and discuss care options. Please call, email or fill in the form below.
