Our Care team offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, and residential dementia care where we support our residents to maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and building relationships within the home. We also provide specialist care for residents who suffer with mental health conditions where we re-establish their mental wellbeing, sustain independence and prepare for a move into supported living or their own home.
Here we love to actively encourage residents to take part in all decisions - contributing to everything from the way their rooms look to the therapies they receive.
We are close to the magnificent Castle grounds and gardens, which make for great days out for our residents and their loved ones to spend quality time together.

Safeguarding Our Residents
As a company we consider the safety of our residents a priority and we maintain a zero tolerance of abuse in any form.
All Four Seasons Health Care employees complete annual Safeguarding Adults at Risk training. Our teams are aware of our Whistleblowing Policy and have access to an independent confidential whistleblowing line 24 hours a day. Home Managers have delegated responsibilities from the FSHC Adult Safeguarding Champion on a daily basis for managing Safeguarding incidents. These roles are displayed in each home.
