A warm welcome to Kilburn Care Home, Belper

You’ll find Kilburn Care Home situated in a pleasant area in Belper. We are a half hour drive away from Nottingham and close to public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.

Our Care team offers all types of care, including residential care for those who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and dementia care. We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break, and specialist care for those with mental health conditions or learning disabilities. Our GP also visits the residents weekly, to check up on them.

Our dementia care is accredited as part of Four Seasons Dementia Care Framework.

Kilburn has a team of dedicated, long-serving members, and a CQC rating of Good.

Our Home Manager’s dog, Hendrick, visits us twice a week, our residents absolutely adore him and he makes sure that our residents never feel lonely.
