Welcome to Norwood Green Care Home
You'll find Norwood Green Care Home in the London borough of Ealing. Here our team of registered nurses and well-trained, dedicated care assistants provides care around the clock.
To suit a range of needs, we offer different levels of care - from nursing and palliative to shorter-term intermediate care as well as respite care.
Our care home is well equipped, purpose built and comfortable. It has mature landscaped gardens with furnished patio, a raised garden and views over the green. People living here enjoy the fresh air in these delightful areas - whether it's helping out with the plants, drinking in the sights, or just having an al-fresco meal.
Inside, there are eight bright and spacious lounges. All bedrooms are singles, with ensuites, telephone points, and great personal-safety features; many overlook the garden. We love residents to personalise their rooms to make them more familiar and homely.

Four Seasons Health Care picked up three accolades on Tuesday 5th December 2017 at the Training Journal (TJ) Awards. Winning three categories meant that Four Seasons Health Care led the way, as they were the only organisation to win in multiple categories.
Who were the winners?
The Dementia Care Framework won the ‘Best Change Management Programme’, which is a fantastic achievement and further highlights the positive impact this is having on the lives of people living in Four Seasons homes with dementia.
The Judges commented: “We recognise Four Health Care work in the field of dementia care as innovative and thorough in its approach, being both effective and transformative. It had a bold vision that was well executed in a challenging environment.”
The Care Home Nursing Journal (CNJ), Four Seasons’ very own internal publication to develop nurse knowledge and share best practice won its category of ‘Best Organisational Development Programme'.
The Judges commented: “The design of this intervention, which on the surface appears very simple, completely meets the needs of the organisation and has had significant impact. A particular strength was that Four Seasons Health Care decided to make these resources freely available to anyone, making the impact even greater and is improving healthcare outcomes in care homes everywhere.”
Finally, Louise Morris the Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAP) Lead won the main award of the night and was crowned the ‘Learning and Development Professional of the Year’.
The Judges stated: “Louise has had a transformational impact, not only on the learning and development of staff at Four Seasons Health Care, but also on the well-being of residents. Through a review of an existing programme, Louise drove design and improvement which has had significant benefits through improved care, staff practice and confidence and commitment to their work and professional development.”
Congratulations to everyone on this fantastic achievement!

Norwood Green Care Home in Southall rolled out the red carpet to celebrate Violet’s 103rd birthday.
Jyoti Ganger, Home Manager, said: “Violet has been with us for 2 years now, and was happy to celebrate her birthday in style with us here at Norwood Green. We welcomed her favourite Frank Sinatra entertainer in who serenaded Violet and the other residents. Once he’d finished we tucked into Violet’s birthday cake which was delicious. When we asked her how old she was, Violet said she was 103 but didn’t feel it. She continues to make us smile on a daily basis with her warm hugs and sweet comments. Happy birthday again Violet!”
