It all got a bit competitive at Flower Park Care Home in Doncaster, as the residents challenged each other in a variety of ball games.
Amanda Searle, Home Manager, said: “Activities keep our residents young at heart. It was great to see them all doing their best to win each of the games. Some of our residents claimed victory whilst others were arranging rematches. It was certainly interesting to see.”
Once the ball games were over, resident Mabel turned her hand to playing a tune on the home’s organ. A keen musician Mable showed off her skills on the ivories to much applause from her friends and the care team.
