The high tide didn’t stop the residents from Henderson House Care Home having lots of fun during a trip out to Fife.
Climbing aboard their minibus, the residents held an impromptu sing-along before stopping for a lovely picnic down by the water front. Although the weather wasn’t ideal the residents still had a fantastic time.
For those who wanted to stay a little closer to home, a small group of residents popped into The Compass bar/restaurant in Dalgety Bay.
Stewart MacDonald, Home Manager, said: “It’s great to see the residents out and about. Just because you live in a care home, it doesn’t mean life should stop. Our Personal Activities Leader is great. She’s constantly planning lots of activities that cater to all of our residents’ needs. There are a lot more activities planned, so I look forward to hearing more of our residents’ adventures.”
