Everyone at Marlborough Court Care Home in Thamesmead has been making the most of the recent beautiful sunny weather.
It was almost as if summer had arrived as residents took to the garden to take part in a yoga session.
After the yoga session was over, residents then embraced their creative side as they indulged in an arts and crafts session. The residents made decorations out of clay, which can be used both in the home and outside in the garden.
Marcos Meanger, Home Manager said: “It’s great to get the residents out in the fresh air. The yoga sessions usually take place inside, but the activities leader thought she’d take advantage of the sunshine and do the session outside. Everyone enjoyed themselves and lapped up the sunshine.”
