Team member at Gowrie House successfully completes learning

Here at Four Seasons Health Care we pride ourselves in the dementia care we give. We’re always striving to ensure that everyone who cares for our residents has up-to-date skills and can care for each individual resident’s needs.

To help our teams’ progress, they complete various learning modules on a variety of topics to develop their knowledge and expertise. One of these modules is based around Dementia.

At Gowrie House in Kirkcaldy, Natalie Smith is the first team member to complete her skilled module in Dementia.

Anjie Rester, Home Manager said: "One of our main focuses is to help staff further develop their skills and knowledge. These modules help them to do this, helping us to understand our residents conditions better, and providing them with the experiences that will help them flourish in our homes.

"Well done Natalie, all of your hard work paid off."
