Residents at Hesslewood House Care Home in Hessle took a trip to Hull town centre making the most of the warm weather that has come their way.
Whilst they were there, the residents took the opportunity to visit the ‘Weeping Window’ which was placed in the town to mark Remembrance Day.
Kate Wilson, Home Manager, said: “The Weeping Window is a fantastic piece of art. The poppies are amazing, but the sombre tone is just right to remember the fallen. The residents enjoyed their trip to Hull and are planning another one soon.”
