A special awards ceremony was held at Ladymead Care Home in Swindon last week.
Three members of the team received Recognition of Care and Kindness (ROCK) awards from Home Manager KC Byju Vasudevan.
A ROCK award is a nationwide honour that specifically highlights the impact a Four Season Health Care employee has made on the lives of people living in one of their care homes or day centre. An internal prize, staff are nominated for an award either by residents, their relatives, or friends, who have witnessed or experienced staff members demonstrating excellent standards of care and kindness in their role.
KC Byju Vasudevan, Home Manager, said: “It was a pleasure to present these awards to the team. All of the nominations have come from relatives of residents who have all witnessed their care and dedication to their loved ones, praising the team’s ‘can do’ attitude, mentioning that they often go above and beyond the call of duty. Well done everyone! Keep up the hard work!
“We are all very proud of our team here at Ladymead. Congratulations guys, these awards are very well deserved.”
