Regency’s magnificent 7 commended for care and kindness

Congratulations go to 7 team members at Regency Care Home in Whitefield who have been commended for their caring nature.

Home Manager, Mary Crossley had the honour of presenting the following members of her team with a Recognition of Care and Kindness (ROCK) Award:

  • Care Assistant Lauren Rimmer
  • Care Assistant Suzanne Pritchard
  • Care Assistant Lamin Manneh
  • Trainee Care Home Assistant Practitioner Paul Tucker

Mary Crossley, Home Manager, said: “I’m very proud of the team here, they regularly go the extra mile to make a difference not only to the residents in their care but also the relatives. The lovely words they received from the family member commending them for their palliative care is something each one of them should be proud of. Well done everyone. You’re very deserving of this award.”

A ROCK award is a nationwide honour that specifically highlights the impact a Four Season Health Care employee has made on the lives of people living in one of their care homes. Team members are nominated for an award by residents, their relatives or friends, who have witnessed or experienced team members demonstrating excellent standards of care and kindness in their role.
