Care Home Open Day is celebrated each year by care homes across the country. It aims to encourage stronger relationships between care homes and the local community and provides a chance for people to see what life inside a home is really like.
The home was decorated with balloons and bunting and the home rocked with 1950’s music. Staff wore vintage outfits from the era and residents joined in with Activities Coordinator Marilyn in the dancing with some even donning rockabilly specs and enjoying the props including a 1950's style car.
A colourful, lively event - thoroughly enjoyed by all!
