Deepak Luckhun, Four Seasons Resident Experience Specialist Manager, has been named ‘Regional and Central Support Team Member of the Year’ at the national Four Seasons Care Awards.
Deepak was commended for the important contribution he makes on a day-to-day basis to help ensure the smooth running of the group’s homes and positive experiences for residents.
Following over 1,300 nominations, Deepak was shortlisted with four other colleagues from over 250 Four Seasons Care Homes across the UK.
The award was presented to Deepak by Louise Cherry, People Director for Four Seasons Health Care, who said:
“During the judging process we heard so many stories from colleagues who went out of their way to make a difference. Their commitment and dedication to the residents and their colleagues demonstrated how our values are woven into everything we do. The amount of times they went above and beyond was amazing, be that spending time away from home in different locations or being a warm and friendly voice at the end of a telephone.
“All of our finalists were so willing and helpful, it made the judging process very difficult but Deepak’s commitment and dedication to our homes and residents shone through, and he is a very worthy winner.”
