April 2017 saw Four Seasons’ Health Care Grampian Region launch their VIP (Values In Practice) initiative which rewards people for living the Four Seasons values of being:

Roselyn Archibald, Personal Activities Leader at Havencourt Care Home in Stonehaven has been crowned VIP for the month of June after being nominated by colleagues, residents and relatives.
Some of the comments written on the cards include: “Roselyn is very good with the residents, they love her! She is helpful to staff and always offers to help others”, “she immerses herself in the activities and the residents are always happy to see her!”, “staff have all commented on her enthusiasm and changes she has brought to the role”.
Rhona McGregor, Home Manager, said: “Roselyn hasn’t worked here long but has made a fantastic impression on our residents and their families. Well done Roselyn, this recognition is well deserved.”
Sylvia Nicoll, Regional Manager for Grampian, said: “No matter how big or small the action or the gesture is, the VIP Awards are an opportunity to say thank you to people who go above and beyond the call of duty every day to make a difference to our residents’ lives.
“Congratulations Roselyn, you should all be really proud of your success.”
