The residents at Old Vicarage Care Home in Nottinghamshire had a wonderful afternoon listening to a musical performance from talented members of the charity, Lost Chord. The residents thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon, and had a good sing-a-long.
Lost Chord is a charity that uses music therapy to help improve the quality of life and well-being of those living with dementia. Through interactive musical performances, they help stimulate areas of the brain that are still intact, to encourage some form of communication, as well as improving their general awareness and confidence.
