Everyone at Park Lane Care Home would like to thank our local community for all the support shown to us over the last few months.
As a gesture of appreciation and to spread the kindness, our residents have been busy potting wildflower seeds which we have been giving out to people to grow in their own gardens.
Home Manager Karen said, “It is extremely important now more than ever to keep our residents’ spirits high and continue to help them feel part of their community. By sharing the joy of colourful wildflowers, we hope to help to do just that. They are a symbol of our thanks and hope for the future.”
We are all looking forward to seeing family, friends and our local communities who have supported us so wonderfully again soon. In the meantime, if you would like to send us photos of you with your wildflower pots or keep us updated on their progress as they start to grow, please send them in to celebrations@fshcgroup.com or post them to twitter using the hashtag #Communityflowersofthanks
